Please allow 1-2 working days to process your order as we will dispatch your order once payment is cleared. We offer free shipping within New Zealand for orders over $50. For orders under this amount, there is a delivery fee of $10.  We will provide you with courier tracking details once the order has been dispatched.

Deliveries are sent during normal business hours between Monday and Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

Deliveries take 3-5 working days, if you ordered products to be delivered to rural addresses, please allow up to an extra 3 business days.

We currently offer product pick up from Auckland. Please contact us to arrange the time.

Shipping to Australia is available with an additional flat rate of NZD $50 for orders under $1000.

For orders over $1000 we offer free shipping to Australia via DHL.

Please note all Duties, Import taxes and Customs charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.
